    is gatorade good or bad for bodybuilders ?

    it has lot's of electrolytes, which is good for anyone after a workout. Now if your talking about for like "strict dieting", IMO I would say no. It's a bit too much in sodium.

      If you're not worried about the extra calories and sodium, then I would think its ok. Like Rado said, the electrolytes would be good for you. If you're trying to cut or just strip bodyfat, then just drink water.

          One thing that I read and try to stick to is that it is good to do a 'Gator if doing extended {1 hr or more} cardio. But then again, I'll reach for a 'Gator if I'm craving a soda or beer.
