  • trying to cut up

    I was weighing 220 lbs at 5'10" 21% body fat. 3-5-03
    majority of my weight I hold on my huge ass luv handles and some on my chest .
    I've been doing cardio 3x a wk at 5:30 am and 3 x in the evening for about 30 min I cut my carbs, junk food and watch what i especially eat after 7:00pm. I have taken krankers, xenadraine, hydroxy cut. I really just want to get a shape on my fat ass so I can enjoy myself this summer .
    What is it that I should take or do ? . Should i TRY D-BOL WITH PRIMO AND WINNY SHOULD I LOOSE THE WEIGHT BEFOR GETTING ON A CYCLE? WHAT IS I CAN DO

    Lose the weight. Get down to a Happy 12-13% BF. Continue with the xenadrine and give it time before you start......

      loose some fat 1st. Try to stop eating after 7p.m or so and eat like 6 small meals through out the day, it'll speed up your metabolism. Take some Xenadrine and drink plenty of water, about 1.0g-1.5g a day. Do cardio 1st thing in the morning on a empty stomach.

        For a fact, tbose roids aren't gonna get you cut up bro. You have to do that on a seperate deal. The roids will enhance the totality of your chemistry. Dbol will do absolutely nothing for the cuts.

          i agree somewhat HAVE to have DIET RIGHT ON!! but DBOL can help you if you train and eat right!!!!!
          never give up just keep lookin ahead hopefully she will have a nice ASS.

            I dont like to stop eating after 7, cut out all carbs except for fibourous after seven, and make sure you have a whey casein shake before bed, especially when dieting, you dont want to go over 12 hours without food.

              i hate doing cardio in the morning, but i know i need to start

                      I'd de-flab some before running a cycle. if you haven't run a cycle before, you may not know what being hungry really means. i ate a floor lamp. an accordion. a toaster, for carbs. a throw rug, for fiber

                        Are you trying to impress us? I ate small animals, like lions eat antelope. I dbe knawing on them while the heart was till pumping, right there on the sidewalk. Thats a hefty appetite. No neighborhood dog was safe.

                          well said kid!.....my advice exactly.....listen to rado on the cardio deal....doin it first thing in the morn on an empty stomach burns 300% more fat then cardio any other time during the day....one of my many tools in my fight against fat..........time to get ripped.....im trying for 5% bf this summer..(last summer got down to 7%):p

                            dogs are good food. cats gave me hairballs roadkill possum is good if you get it before it swells up or after its run over a bunch and dried out, like jerky
