how much hawthrone berry to take while on cycle

Never ran it b4 but I feel like my BP is up a little, Im gonna buy it in 550mg caps, I've read a few different doses just seeing what everyone here uses? I was gonna run 2x a day for 1100mg/day

I really dont know much about it to be honest. Never used it. I will do some reading up on it. Maybe someone on here has used it before and can help you out there

Ya thx D, i searched on AR and saw some ppl say 1g some sayin 3g, no consistency. Havent been able to find it. So I hope someone with experience with it comments.
