Okay, here is the deal. I need to lose some weight....probably 20lbs or so. I don't care about building a ton of muscle, or getting ripped or anything like that at the moment. I just want to lose this fat. I'll worry about the rest later.
I don't lift like I was because I just don't have the time (working my butt off due to financial constraints) but I do run with my wife whenever I can.
What is the best way to get this fat off on a pretty strict budget? I was doing good for a while (until my wife decided she wanted to start school in May...which is great!! But now I am in a financial strain to make school happen), but this is my situation now.
