    Re: The Warrior Diet

I did it for that week and I had no ill effects, I was dropping weight rather slowly, and actually had very good energy. I got to talking to Iron Addict that week and I have since signed up with him, so I am awaiting what he has for me. I am currently logging my macros on Fitday to send him so he can get me started. The Warrior Diet seemed to work ok, but I found out that I really like eating more during the day. I don't know if it's a mental thing or what. I have no doubts that I could have stuck with it for a month or so, but I am VERY interested to see what Iron Addict sets me up with. I was waiting until I got started on whatever he has me on before making any updates.
