    Hey guys,

    I've been eatin MRE's for a while now I'm back and ready to hit my first cycle in a while. Here is my eating schedule, any critiques would be appreciated. I'm 6'-4, 250 lbs.

    6am: 8 egg whites, 1 cup oatmeal, 4 pieces turkey bacon,
    1/2 cup grapefruit juice

    9am: 8 egg whites, 1 cup oatmeal, 1/2 cup grapefruit juice

    12pm: 8 oz chicken breast, 6 oz broccoli, 1 sweet potato
    or 1 cup brown rice

    3pm: 8 oz deer or elk steak, 6 oz broccoli, 1 tbsp natty pb

    6pm: 8 oz chicken breast, 6 oz asparagus, 1 tbsp natty pb

    9pm: 1 can tuna, romain lettuce & spinach salad

    Also I drink a protein shake post workout.

    What do you think guys? Should I up the egg whites to 12 in the mornings?

    Wow, that is some clean eating! I think you are getting enough protein in your morning meal. Remember the bacon has some protein in it too so I don't see it necessary to add more egg whites. I think the ratio of complex carbs should be higher at breakfast than protein anyway.

      Man I don't see how anyone can eat that many egg whites. I know that you should, but I started saturday trying to eat better and 2 egg whites and 1 whole egg are about all I want. Maybe after I have eaten them a few days that will change.

        That is how many I eat in the morning also and that is enough. I couldn't take many more either.

            Mrs Baby, do how do you cook your eggs? I need to start eating some...thats a nice clean diet! I need to step mine up for sure.

              I get most of my egg protien each day from egg white protein powder. After a few days I can't stomach eating that many eggs. Just a few real eggs a day.

                I think your diet looks great. I run similar diet however starting at 4:30am eat every 2.5 hrs starting at as opposed to 3 and i stop eating around 7:30. Now you are a bit bigger as I am 5'11" and 215 and lean. The key to this is to allow your stomach to shrink by eating smaller quantities but more frequent. I love egg whites and the family goes through about 72/week. My primary carb is steel cut oates. I read that to maintain current muscle you should eat 1gram protien for lb of body weight. To grow, you up the protien to 1.5 to 2 grams per lb of weight.
