I'm starting my new diet tomorrow, and i think it would help me out a lot if i document my progress here. I'm pretty optimistic, and i hope to see some significant changes. I'm 5'7 196, and i think my bodyfat is around 17-20% just guessing. My goal is to lose 15-20lbs. I'm gonna weigh in every 3 days, and ill try to post my thought and progress as much as possible. I'll put some pics up every week hopefully, but my camera sucks, so don't expect much. My diet is as follows:

9AM- 6 eggwhites, 4-5oz smoked salmon, broccolli/kale/stringbeans (I alternate these veggies, whatever im in the mood for)
12PM- chicken breast, veggies, 2 scoops whey
4PM- couple slices of ezekiel bread maybe some fat free cheese on top, 2-3 carrots, handfull of almonds, 4-5oz salmon

-I'm taking clen 2 weeks on 2 weeks off, and i may add in some ECA on my off weeks if i can tolerate it.

    Re: Diet Journal

So far I've done a OK job keeping up with my diet, but i havent had as much time to workout as id like. Today i weighed in at 192.6 which is the lowest ive seen. not much of a loss, but its the first loss ive seen in quite awhile, so im pretty stoked

Looks like a good program to me. If you keep doing this consistently, you will no doubt get good results. Comes down to discipline. You have Good muscle mass. Looks like youve been working out for a while. Youre best bet is to keep your metablosm elevated all day with intermittent bouts of exercise. Even short 5-10 minute bursts. Every hour or two. That is if your schedule allows such a thing. It blows the fat right out the door
