I have actually gotten about 1.5 gallons today! With my new bottle, it's so easy for me. And I fill it from the fountain at the gym and at work

i have a gallon pitcher, fill it up first thing in the morning while i make my coffee from the tap..........i have an glass next too it, so anytime i'm in the kitchen i throw down a slug

i take my water for my meals from the pitcher

i have half a dozen water bottles that i fill with tap water and put in the fridge, so i pull them out for a drive, or when working out, or putting it on my bed stand at night

it's a habit thing, i don't drink any soft drinks, or flavored drinks, just more processed chemical crap imho

I just keep filling my 20 ounce bottle all day from the tap. I dont buy water

I don't have that luxury out here in the desert! filtered or bottled that's all you can stomach

Yeah..i try, but i dont really like it..too bland, so i add some Crystal Light raspberry or the orange flavor, so im still getting it, but i can deal with it better.

Well, I went to Wal-mart and bought a 2.2L bottle. 2 of these are a little over a gallon. I have found that I can easily drink a gallon using this bottle rather than drinking 6 or 8 bottles of water. I don't know...maybe it's a mental thing, but whatever gets it done, right? I can drink a bottle and a half just at the gym. As long as I drink at least a half of it during the day, I get my gallon. And that doesn't account for my shakes, etc...

I bought a $500 water filter from some Amway distributer..what a joke...he convinced me that my tap water was full of shyt and I belived his line o bullshyt...it sat in my garage for a few years and I recently threw it in the trash. Never used it..LOL...shyt, I shlulda sold it on ebay.
I drink just drink tap water nowdays and I aint died from it...shyt that's all that aquafina is, is tap water...havent they recently found bottled water has just as much shyt in it as tap water? I say save your money . Just drink the bottled shyt when youre on th e road... Buy a brita filter for home if you must... I just go to the sink and drink a glass of water ...Im pissin all over town so I suppose Im drinking enough...sometimes I have to pull over and piss out the door

My water consumption never, ever goes under 1 gallon a day!! On most days I consume any where from 1.5 to 2.5, thats during the cool months, which in the desert aren't very many. In the heat of the summer I usually consume 3-3.5 daily! Water In fluids out! LOL
I Have RO systems in my home and business, as well as purchase water. When I've dieted for shows I use nothing but distilled water.

That's what you should do, probably the cheapest way to buy water. I have one in our house and between the wife and 3 kids we average over 10 gallons a week. But that's all we drink, no pop or milk, nothing but water. I drink well over a gallon a day.
If you drink alot of coffee in the morning you should be drinking over a gallon a day. Water, It does a body good. lol

I have had issues in the past due to dehydration. for some reason i have always perspired more than the average person. Doc says i should drink a gallon of gatorade a day. I have a filtration system at home and fill a big bottle with water and gatorade when i go to the gym. I make sure i drink the whole thing whether during or after the workout. In my office, we have a 5 gallon dispenser that i frequent.

ya know, were i grew up was well waqter. it was ICE COLD all the time. i loved the way it tasted....but my water now is tuff...it also has the highest content of aresnic allowed by law, lol. pass

We have a big water sidpenser at work and i just keep filling up my big water bottle, but at home i buy water by the case and drink it. Walmart brand water is only like 4 bucks a case.

I have well water too. Well water tastes better than city water, I think.

I just fill up my 32oz bottle, from the tap, 4 times a day. Our city water is better than any well water around here.
