Alright folks, I need your advice, but let me give you some info. I am currently bulking and hoping to gain 15lbs in 4 months. I'm currently 5'10 175lbs and want to get to 190. Aside from eating right and crushing protein shakes, I am taking other supps. I am needing to know if I'm missing something, taking anything out of order, or not taking enough of a particular supp. Below is a recap of supplements only on my workout days.
8am. - Multi V, 500mg of Glucosamine/Chondrotin/MSM, and 900mg fish oil.
5pm - Preworkout (with shake) - 5g BCAA's, 2.5g glutamine.
7:30pm - Postworkout (with shake) - 5g glutamine, 5g creatine
10pm - 900mg fish oil
To recap I'm taking a total, on workout days, of:
500mg - Glucosamine/Chondrotin/MSM
5g - BCAA's
7.5g - Glutamine
5g - Creatine
1800mg - Fish oil
On off days, I will only take the Glucosamine/Chondrotin/MSM and Fish Oil. Should I be taking the others on off days as well? I usually only have 1-2 days off per week. I appreciate the advice...... Looking forward to your response.
