    You can burn fat with yogurt. A university study found that men, who ate three servings of yogurt a day, lost 61% more body fat and 81% more stomach fat than men who had no yogurt. We speculate that calcium helps the body burn fat and it also limits the amount of fat the body can absorb.

    So I would recommend you get at least three servings of dairy a day. One cup of skim milk equals a serving. As for as yogurt, stick to the non-fat varieties. So if you are looking to burn stomach fat add calcium to your diet.

    i have ATLEAST 3 servings of dairy a day...and that dont count ice cream!!!

      No dairy products for me, Had to cut them out completely. The only dairy I can tolerate is a whey shake after my workout.
      Assumption is the mother of all fuck ups

        That seems to be a awfully large percentage to be claiming..i dont know??? I know the acidophiles aid in intestinal flora, but i wouldnt think it hardly enough to make that big of a dif, and you would have to stick to the plain or ones that dont have the sugars as they would cause your body to store fat, which they dont explain in the article. Interesting tho..
