I am on whey protein , fish oil and a multi-v.
I use to take all sorts of shit... tribulis, zma, no-xplode, black powder, eca stacks, hot rox... anything that created a buzz in the community.
I was wondering what you guys are on? Im not looking for anything crazy... just something cost effective that works.
I train super hard lift 5-6 days a week, swim 3-4 days a week, run 4-5 times a week. I pt almost everyday. cutting down on the volume of training isnt optional its part of the job. my training is going great just looking for something new.
