I usually mix up BCAAs in my bottle that I take with me to the gym. Sometimes I mix in some diluted gatorade and my creatine supp. with liquid minerals and vit.C powder. This helps when i am doing really strenuous activity from getting cramps and I feel that it keeps me from breaking down muscle during long workouts. I usually drink about half during WO then kill the rest immediately following my WO. Easy on the Gatorade if you are trying to burn off a lot of fat though, however the way I WO and the frequency/intensity I usually have trouble keeping weight on.
