    I usually mix up BCAAs in my bottle that I take with me to the gym. Sometimes I mix in some diluted gatorade and my creatine supp. with liquid minerals and vit.C powder. This helps when i am doing really strenuous activity from getting cramps and I feel that it keeps me from breaking down muscle during long workouts. I usually drink about half during WO then kill the rest immediately following my WO. Easy on the Gatorade if you are trying to burn off a lot of fat though, however the way I WO and the frequency/intensity I usually have trouble keeping weight on.

        It's going good. I have messed up a few days, but I know what to do now. Actually, I do have a question. I started that meal plan last week and I followed it to a T, but I could have sworn that I was gaining weight. I wasn't looking at a scale but I am just referring to the way I felt and the way I looked in the mirror. What's up with that? I am in a training class this week and it is HARD to follow that routine. Hopefully I will get it back on track ASAP!! I am just glad I know what to do.

              Well, after being snowed in a lot lately, I have been eating whatever. So, this week I am trying to get back in the groove. How do these numbers look for today? Today is a non-training day too..

              176.8g protein
              192g carbs
              104.8g fat
              2374 calories

              The last time I weighed I was about 178-179lbs. This is just for the protein reference

                The big influx in numbers is because I ate a Totino's triple cheese pizza for lunch. I had to take off work because Jacob was sick and I had take him home...long story short, we didn't have much to eat at home.

                  are you trying to grow?? I usually try 2gr of protien per lb of body weight when growing, Of course I loose weight @2700 cals a day

                    Well, I am trying the best I can to lose some body fat while maintaing as much lean muscle as I can. The main focus for now is losing the body fat. I figured up my BMR and it was 2991 and it says to subtract 20% to lose fat...so I came up with 2392. So I am trying to shoot close to that total. I fig if I am a little shy then that will help more than hurt with my goals

                      How do these macros look:

                      Calories: 2149
                      Fat: 98.8
                      Carbs: 141
                      Protein: 180.7


                      This was with just 1 protein shake consisting of 1 scoop for 25g protein. So I could add another at breakfast if I need more protein.
