GREAT!! Okay, I will look into those bars you suggested. I thought about eating my dinner before the gym but I was afraid that would come back to haunt me in the middle of my workout.
I think as long as you eat your meal at least 1 hour to an hour and a half before the gym, you should be okay.
MRP bars are good for your situation.
Back to compacted 8 to 9:15 schedule. The reason this bothers me some is your taking in at least 120 to 150 grams of protein in that short period. I don't think there's any way you're utilizing all of that.

7:00--Oatmeal, banana, (do I need a whey shake here, since I drank one after cardio?)
9:00--Whey shake and almonds or South Beach Crispy Meal bar
12:00--Lean protein, good fat, carbs
3:00--South beach crispy meal bars
5:00--Fish, mixed veggies, (carbs on training days)
5:30--NoXplode, BC+EAA Drink, Micronized creatine
7:45--Postal post workout drink, BC+EAA drink, fast acting carbs ,whey shake
9:00--Casein shake before bed

Looks pretty good. I would skip the drink right after cardio and have your protein with your breakfast. Maybe move your breakfast time a little earlier or cardio a little later.

Okay, so should I do cardio at 5, then at 6 when I'm done, eat my breakfast and then take my shower, etc..?
What I did was cardio at 5, take shower and get ready for work, then eat at 7.

Sounds good unless you could wait till your done with getting ready, but that may be a long time though and you would probably be too hungry.
Well, 7:00 is when I get done getting ready. That is what I do now.

I'm with baby1, I think you need some nutrition before doing cardio first thing in the morning; without ingesting anything your going to burn up muscle.
