trainer at my gym has told my g/f that the body only uses 30% of the whey .............. and real foods the body uses 60 %................ i knew the diference befor, but is his % right?...........still learning thx all

I may be wrong here but I thought whey was one of the more bioavailable forms of protein. In other words more easy to use I don't know about % and I don't take much stock in percents when dealing with the body because everyone is different. Looks like somthing good to research. If I get the time I will look around.

Ive learned the body will take the organic over the whey if consumed together. When I take the whey alone, I sure hope I'm not shitin and pissin away half of it lol Thought I would get alot more responses to this subject considering everyone in here drinks whey ...... ok maybe not everyone.
