I was reading through the supps made easy sticky and came across these two. Has anyone used these and are they really as effective as the description portays?

I LIKE ZMA, IF NOTHING ELSE, FOR A SLEEP AID. I SEEM TO GET A MUCH BETTER QUALITY SLEEP WHEN I USE...BEEN AWHILE SINCE I USED IT THOU...DONT HAVE THE EXTRA $ RIGHT NOW

ZMA is legit. I know it was a big Victor Conte product before he went down with balco.
HMB was one of the most overhyped supps ever. It never lived up to the hype and a lot of peeps wasted their money on it.Comment

ZMA is at least worth a try. If you get it somewhere online you can typically get a large bottle (180 caps) for quite cheap. It kind of keeps me awake so if i take it it is usually not right before bed like it says. It may give you crazy vivid dreams. usually I will need like 8 1/2 hrs of sleep to feel completly awake in the AM. But when taking ZMA i can usually cut an hour or so out and still feel the same, kind of weird. Anyhow just for that aspect it is worth a try.Comment
