  • Please critise my bulking up diet...

    MORNING- SHAKE WIV WATER , 4 WHOLE EGGS, 6 WHITES, OATS ( MULTI VIT, VIT C, ZINC, FLAX SEED OIL, 2 AMINO ACIDS AND 2 ALPHA ACIDS )

    BEFORE WORKOUT- ( CREATINE, GLUTAMINE & VIT C )

    AFTER WORKOUT- SHAKE WITH WATER ( CREATINE, GLUTAMINE, CARBS DRINK, 2 HMB AND 2 ALPHA LIPOIC ACIDS)

    LUNCH- WHATEVER MUM SERVES, ½ SHAKE AND 2 AMINO ACIDS

    BREAK 1 - CHICKEN AND PASTA

    BREAK 2 - JACKET POTATOES WITH TOPPINGS, PIECE OF FRUIT AND SHAKE

    BREAK 3- SHAKE & FRUIT

    BEFORE BED- 6 EGGS - 1 WHOLE 6 WHITES ( GLUTAMINE, MULTI VIT, VIT C, 4 ZMA TABLETS, 2 AMINO ACIDS AND COD LIVER OIL )

    The protein shake i use is Optimum 100% whey.
