Re: question about kids
HES ALREADY GOT MORE TESTOSTERONE IN HIS SYSTEM NOW THAN HE WILL ANY OTHER TIME IN HIS LIFE. TEACH HIM TO EAT RIGHT AND ABOUT NUTRITION, TEACH HIM HOW TRAIN RIGHT AND GET ENOUGH REST AND HE WILL GROW.
I THINK ID ONLY LET HIM GET INTO THE SUPPLEMENTS AFTER HES A LITTLE OLDER FIRST AND GROWN SOME

I really don't believe there's any bad studies that show it's not good for kids.“I don't look ahead... I keep focused on my next opponent. I am looking forward to my next opponent, I don't think past that point.”

Re: question about kids
Protein no big deal as long he's not supplementing all his protein with shakes; I don't see the issue. When my kid asks for a protein shake I give it to him; I don't allow him to have more than one a day but that's never an issue because their not that good but he's 6.
Creatine. I've been on creatine off and on since I was 15. I don't really see a big deal with that either but I think 02 had a good idea. Maybe you could reward him with creatine if he follows a fairly clean diet for a couple weeks.

Re: question about kids
I personally would not let him get started on that at that age. Like the others said, the protein may be okay but don't know about the creatine.
My daughter has tried my protein drinks and she liked them. Because she is such a picky eater I wondered if this would be good to give her or not. So I called the number of the company on the back of the protein jug and they advised me not to give it to a child. There are always numbers listed on products for you to call and ask questions. Just a thought.
Also, if you are going to let him have the protein, I would try True Protein. I believe you are getting a pure product with them and being that they are an advertiser here, they would answer your qusetions asap.Veritas Vos Liberabit

Re: question about kids
I think it would be ok, the only problem I see that could come up is becoming dependant. I don't mean any sort of addiction but all you gotta do is look at the numbers the supp. companies are bringin in to see that most people are looking for that magic kick and neglecting nutrition like O2 mentioned. I would rather teach him to build on a good food regimen, once that's become a habit, add supps. Too many people use supplements as a staple when they should only be used as a nutritional enhancement.
