    Anyone have their diet on excel spreadsheet?

    I am gunna set mine up on here to be better organized and REALLY wanted to see how some of you guys have yours set up.

    Im not really big on the online database where you have to log in a stuff...i do better just making a homemade system right there on my desktop lol

      hahaha..yea its really an "offseason" plan ..tons of food but ..enough so i need to keep it organized lol
