So after being out of it for almost 2 years and a month of training, im finally begining to see just how muscle memory works. Although im no where near what i used to be im seeing progress. Im debating trying one of these new age prohormones. My goals are to clean bulk basically, get harder and stronger. Not looking to put on a lot of weight, looking to loose BF. diet is excellent, doing max-ot, cardio 3x a week (30min sessions). any suggestions. im 22, weight 195. I have experience with older prohormones but nothing of the new age. any suggestions?
