    anyone take any post carb loading after a work out and how much

    yea...usually try for about 60grams....40-60 will do

          50 grams of high glycemic carbs for me.

            30-60 depending on if Im cutting or not. I actually sip some while I work out and then finish the rest as soon as Im done lifting. I mix about 4:1 carb protein ratio in a drink with vit C and a creatine sup. Works well for me. I dont feel as good if I just drink water.
