My advice is get hold of some cheap meats from a butchers(Chicken etc) they maybe slightly higher in fat but as long as your protein is up there it should stop the Ally McBeal syndrome.

        Make your list up:
        Oatmeal
        Grits
        Bulk Bags of Potatoes
        Whole Wheat Bread
        Tuna
Ground Beef(cheap, as long as your not cutting, extra fat wont hurt yah)
        Natty PB
        Eggs
        Protein Powder

Cheap stuff. Hell, you can just get the bare essentials too, Tuna, Oatmeal, Natty PB, and Protein Powder.

tuna, get a bunch when you find it on sale. eggs are good food too...i eat 8 whites and 2 yolks every morning...oats for carbs, canola oil for fat. buying in quantities is most economical, and if you aren't wasting money on junk, you'll look great

Cool. Watch nailing a neighbor, once you decide to giev them a rest, they watch over you like a hawk. If i get hungry, Even after i eat a ton of food, sugar-free jello is a livesaver. One whole small package which makes a shitload of jello, has like 40 cals, and is carb free, it has protein, but its gelatin, so basically its worthless as far as protein goes. But knock out a package of that, you wont be hungry. They are only like 60 cents per too.
