Let me start by saying i'm a newbie ,and I think this is a great board.
I have a question. I have been reading the posts on 1-ad and 1-test. I have been thinking of doing a cycle of 1-ad / 4-ad. I wanted to know what you guys think is the best cycle. I want to gain some more mass,and strength.
I am 6' and weigh 192lbs.my bf% is approximately 24%
and have been training for 5yrs now.
Any help would be apreciated.
