Her philosophy is dont eat and then do cardio...
She is carrying some extra weight and is generally pretty soft.
Sooooo....
I need a specific macro set up for her to follow. I.E. 40g/protein 25g/carbs 20g/essential fats per meal
Something like that but need to fill in the numbers...i can guess-timate her weight and she is about 5"3
And any SIMPLE cardio or weight lifting routine links would help too..
