    Who uses Vitargo?

    I hear alot of guys using Vitargo Post-Workout?

    Apparently it is good to restore glycogen levels..most I see mix with A good Protein Powder and Glutamine

    I am interested in opinions on this as opposed to a Post-Workout meal. Which is the better option?

    waximaze right? i've used waximazed products in the past, just not that product. it seemed fine, but, for the $, a gatoraid and some isolate protien does just as well, imo

      I have wanted to try a waxymaze product but just haven't. The price is just to much to justify it.
