Ok guys i need help with some low carb protein meals. I am trying to go relatively low carb around 100 carbs a day. I have started to find it hard to eat a lot of he normal foods that i have eaten before. I am still doign eggs(choking them down), grilled chicken makes me want to puke right now, I am having a hard time finding skirt steak does it go by any other names, i pukes up my cottage cheese last night so i think that it's going to be a while before i can get that down again. Also i am even having a hard time getting my protein shakes down, which i normally just drink with water. Im going to start making a shake with a banana and a little peanut butter in it for my post workout shake. I also need these meals to be relatively easy to make as i don't have a lot of time, or it needs to be able to reheated as i have to reheat them at work. Help me out here guys and gals.

tuna fish
flank steaks
salmon filets
alot you can do with eggs bro!! nuke 'em with some fat free cheese and roll into wheat roll up thingy's. add bacon strips. add steak 'ums.
i'm so sick of sandwich's, but i was buying 7carb a slice bread!! load it up with meat and your good to go. you could eat a couple a day and still stay under 100 grms carbs
use skim milk in shakes!! holds you over longer.HE WHO MAKES A BEAST OF HIMSELF, GET'S RID OF THE PAIN OF BEING A MAN!!

that low carb bread make alot of things nice. i did french toast, 3 slices, plus 3 whole eggs and 4 egg whites, with a glass of cold milk and sugarfree syrup....good shyt.HE WHO MAKES A BEAST OF HIMSELF, GET'S RID OF THE PAIN OF BEING A MAN!!

is flank steak called anything else in different area of the country because in texas it was easy to find but up here i can't find it. im going to try and go back to eating more tuna, but my problem is is that i add way to much mayo to it and then the cals are threw the roof and i hate low fat mayo. i think im going to try some of the low carb bread and see f i can't make some chicken or steak sandwiches.
