If you are having trouble staying logged in when navigating between forums/topics/etc., you need to reset your session cookie. Go into your browser and delete any cookie for the site them log back in. This should fix the login issue.
If you are dieting do you guys get very specific on exactly what foods for your macros?
For example if you are taking in 50 carbs or whatever per meal..do you guys only use complex carbs..green veggies..fruits?..and why is that?
BTW This applies for meat and everything to..does it matter if you use steak..or chicken..or fish as your protein source or is it just important for you to get the required amount of macronutrients for that meal?
nope...i dont get that detailed. right now, i want size...i eat it all!! EVERYTHING!! OFTEN!!!!
third week of march i'll start cutting back. first week of april, cut out almost all sugar and, this year, add cardio (aint did that before), so far this has worked. i'm trying the cardio this year to see if i trim a little quick or just more. i'm usually pretty tight by 3rd week of june

I usually log my food into Fitday.com, everyday. It doesn't keep track of all macros, but I am most interested in fat, carb and protein intake. Here is a good explanation on complex vs. simple carbs.
thanks guys lets see some more opinions on this i am very curious why each competitor i meet eats different types of foods but all their macros total around the same number???
thanks guys..i personally already have my macros constructed under a 50/25/25 per meal split. I am just wondering WHY alot of people only choose veggies and fruits as their carb sources instead of say wheat bread, oatmeal, rice, etc. And I know some of my good bros dont eat any beef or steak with their split and instead have certain protein sources like fish, chicken and eggs???...dont know what phase they are in of course.
