For those who have jobs where you do not have the time to sit and eat a nice big meal every two-three hours what do you guys do to make sure you are getting in enough protein carbs and over all cals when you are trying to bulk up? I really need to find some good examples to put some weight back on if you dont mind posting some examples..
When I wanted lots of cals I would make my own MRP. Your choice of protein powder, Natural peanut butter, flax oil, banana. or whatever else you may want. Bleand it and take it with you. Gulp it down in a minute. Lots of everything.
depending on your job, drinks are the easy way to get protein down, not that tastey but it works
