    ok so it's been forever since i have updated this log. I am weighing 284 as of this morning but i have added a ton of strength and some good muscle. I have been feeling great. I am really going to get back on the weight loss train for this upcoming summer. I am going to start adding in cardio at 30 min 3x week and start tightening up my diet. Anyways just wanteed to let everyone know how it's going. Ill get pics up before to long.

        well as of friday i was 283 down 1 pound but feeling good. Diet was pretty good still trying to get it dialed in perfectly but i only got 3 workouts in due to leaving town and the gym being closed for bad weather, also i only got cardio in 1 day. Back on track today with workout and cardio though.

          well time for another little update. Had good workouts this week and got cardio in 3 times at 30 min. My diet was pretty good with only 1 little slip up and really it wasn't that bad. As of this morning i was 280 i was hoping to drop back into the 270"s but heck i can't be to down on a 3 pound weight loss. My strength is still good maybe even going up so i think im doing just fine. Have about 12 more pounds to go and then i will reevaluate where i wanna be.

            well guys i got to say that im very happy this morning when i weighed in. I weighed 275 as of this morning which is 5 down from last week. Very very happy about that. I believe i finally have my diet dialed in and i have been doing cardio about 4 times a week for 30 mins. Very happy over all.

              Well im not sure if anyone else is following this or not but i know that it has really helped and i suggest other use something liek this to help them. Anyways it's been 2 weeks since i updated the first week i was dealing with some nonsense and really just felt run down so i took the week off and ate some things that i had been craving. I ended up gaining 3 pounds and getting up to 278 not to bad to be honest. Well the next week i hoped back on the wagon again got all of my workouts in, ate healthy, and got in 3 days of cardio. I weighed in and was 273 down 5 pounds which i thought was pretty good. Im shooting for hitting 269 or below before friday but i don't know i had a bad weekend with the superbowl and all i kind of splurged. Ill keep slamming it out and im for sure ready to get back to my eating plan. As of right now im down 45 pounds from last january which i consider a success do to the amount of muscle and strength that i have added as well. Also i have not been solely working on dropping pounds. Most of the year was spent with a lax diet, no cardio and really focusing on strength.

                The log is a very good idea! I am trying to lean down too without losing much muscle. I haven't been eating as clean as I should but I haven't been splurging either. I just get frustrated by not seeing any change in the scales. I know that I don't need to go by them, but it still gets frustrating. I'm hoping it's just muscle balancing it out

                    Well i have had some problems getting in my workouts and eating right due to traveling and being stuck in airport etc. I weighed this morning and i was 274 not to bad for ntohing for about 10 days. gonna hit it hard again and hopefully get this fat gone for the summer time. Its weird to say but i have really been missing my cardio. starting to really enjoy it as funny as that sounds.

                      well another update had a couple good workouts and a couple worthless workouts this week. Got a few sessions of cardio in and the diet was ok. I was a little low on the carbs for a few days and i really suffered because of it. I did drop down 3 pounds to 271 so im happy about that. I have a goal set at 255 and will reevaluate once there. The plan is to be there by the end of march but we will see what happens. Im trying to keep telling myself this is a marathon not a sprint and as long as i keep seeing progress then im moving in the right direction.
