    well ill do my sunday update. I was gone all week at a funeral and for vday and i didn't workout once or really eat healthy. I didn't eat a ton but i ate what i wanted. I weighed in on sunday at 310. I think a lot of that might be water weight from traveling and what not. I am going to be back at it hard as i want to lose 15 pounds in the next 4 weeks. we will see. i am far behind where i wanted to be at this time but im not losing faith.

      well i guess i should update. this log isn't going anywhere near as planned but im going to stick with it and make it happen. As of sunday i weighed 306 this was after being sick for 3 days and only getting in 2 workouts for the week. every week it seems like something new. Im just going to have to start making this happen.

        well i weighted today and i was 304 it's only 2 pounds but that's not bad. My diet wasn't perfect nor were my workouts. im going to focus on really trying to break under 300 this week.

          well i weighed this morning and i came in at 297. thats 7 pounds down from last week so i am very happy with my results for the week. I am going to keep a it as im very pumped now that im getting results. i still ahve a long way to go but things are looking up from where they were.

                  well it looks like it's been a little while since my last update o here we go. it's obvious that im not going to make it to my goal of 270 by early april but im not going to let that stop me. This diet is really about something much bigger and that's getting the leanest i have ever been. Well as of sat i was 292. Thats not a huge loss but i have had some set backs with my diet. My training is really starting to just become routine now and i love that. I have started to add in cardio slowly but im starting to get back in the rhythm with that and the more results i see the less i mind doing it. It's going to be a long road but im game. My next short term goal is to be 270 by early may. I think i can accomplish this if i really buckle down, but we will see. I won't get discouraged i i don't make it, and i like to set my goals high because i feel like when i set low goals i don't push myself as hard.

                      well it's been a while since i have updtaed this and i have been slacking some but i am down to 289. it's not a lot but im back on the wagon know andim hoping to really see some results the next couple of weeks.

                        Ok im still plugging along with this diet. I had to weigh a bit early last week as i was leaving town for the weekend. On Friday morning i was 284 though. I guess my body is finally deciding that it will be ok to give up some of this fat that im holding. Since i started that's 34 pounds from my heaviest of 316

                          well it's been a while since i updated this. I took a few weeks off due to moving and some other things. I got started back this last week and had a great week. I weighed 285 last sat and everyday this week i could see changes in the mirror. my diet and lifting/cardio were perfect everyday this week. well i get on the scale and it wasn't nice to me. I still weigh 285. It's ok because i care more about how i look than how much i weigh. Im going to really lock up the diet and exercise for the next 3 weeks since im going to the lake for the 4th. Then ill go back to the slower style of dieting that i have been trying to accomplish. I have been telling myself the whole time that this id a 1 year diet not a 3 month so slow and steady is the way so i don't get burnt out.

                            alright guys here is another update for anyone who looks at this. I have really locked up the diet but at the same time im slamming down some serious protein. My bodyfat is going down as my clothes are getting looser in certain areas and i look better in the mirror. My weight is at 291 as of this morning but all i really care about is how i look. I would like my weight to be going down a little but it is what it is i guess. as of right now im not doing any cardio im just eating right lifting weights and im also taking clen and lipo 6 black. I might add cardio in soon, but cardio really burns me out and since im making progress as is right now i might just stick with what im doing. As i see it if i plan on doing a comp, which i have been tossing the idea around, I am about 10-11 months out from a late april show. I need to get down about 45-55 pounds between now and then which is plenty of time. My goal is to get another 25 off between now and the first of the year and then really lock up the diet and cardio for the 16 weeks prior to the show and see what happens.

                              Hang in there! You're doing great!!! I never kept logs with my eating, but when I taught high school I realized that not only do those kids need something visual to see results, but they need to see what is working and what might not be. It helped a lot of them to realize how little they ate or how bad. I think that goes with EVERYBODY even me now. The thing is that it is a measurement. Just as with measuring your strength with weight, food logging helps to measure what your body may or may not be rejecting or the reason you may have gained or lost weight. Calories are good to measure, but also serving size. Our brain perceives things differently when we can actually SEE something. I think it forms a different connection. It may even help with your motivation too. Use it as a tool. If you see what you ate, and it's not working-- turn that into an, "ok gotta change that, because it's not working". If it is then, "ok gonna keep doing that". As you can tell I'm all for logging and measuring not only physical stuff but the physiological stuff too. It's a bit harder to track, but i think something is better than nothing =)... good luck! Keep it up!

                                Ok guys here is a little update. on sat morn i weighed 289 which is down a few pounds and i felt great about that. my strength is still shooting threw the roof and my bf is dropping. yesterday was chest and i started with some heavy bench. sets were

                                405x3
                                455x2 almost got three
                                i haven't benched that much since before i hurt my shoulder and there was no pain. Great day and finished the rest of my workout strong.
