  • My diet log

Im goign to make a little diet log here to post my progress and let everyone know what im doing. Im going to be doing the Palumbo Diet with a few supps here and there lol. Im also using clen 2 on 1 off and i have some stimerex im going to stack with it when i get to 120mcg's. I think this clen is past it's prime though. It's 2 years old and at 80mcg's i feel nothing and normally i can feel it for sure.

    Starting weight - 307.8

First week i only made it to the gym 2 times. I did back and chest and cardio for 20 min each time.

Weight after 1st week - 308.8(gained 1 pound but i think im jsut getting my body on routine this week.)

Ill try and update this atleast every week but probaby more.

I was just curious because given you're weight and if you only ate 2500 cals a day you should've lost weight instead of gaining. Hmmmm

            Re: My diet log

            well i little update
As of Sunday night i weighed 316
this is up 9 pounds from where i started, ,my pants are just a little looser and i mean a little. I am thinking that what is happening is that since it's been nearly a year that i have taken off and i was a pretty big guy at 265 and have lost a bunch of muscle mass is with the high amount of protein and the supps that im taking a lot of it is muscle coming back. Im trying to not get discouraged even though it is hard. Next week i will be starting t3 and clen so hopefully i will really see some results there.
Another problem is is that with work and travel i have yet to be able to get a real solid week of diet, cardio, and weights in.

                  Re: My diet log

Has your training changed? Are you doing any cardio, leducing rest between sets etc?

I was directed to fitday.com for a diet log and the changes in the diet, weight, body shape, as well as many other stats become interesting and reinforcing. I'm a big guy too and take it from me, it will definately take time, but hang in there. I am not a diet guru, in fact I posted for help here a few weeks back but I'm experiencing the work that it takes with ya.

                    Re: My diet log

my training hasn't so much changed as i took about a year off and now im starting back again.

I started my clen and t3 that i got over the weekend and i must say that off of 60mcg of clen i am shaking like a beotch. I guess my other clen had went bad or was very under dosed. Im not sure what my weight is at as i got home very late last night and i wasn't able to weigh, just went straight to bed. I probably won't weigh until next sunday and im going to make sure i get 5 days of cardio and lifing in this week.

                        Re: My diet log

well a little good news and some bad news. I wasn't able to work out but 1 time last week due to weather conditions and them closing my gym. However even with only one workout i did lose 7 pounds. I really feel like my diet is working for me and that the t3 and clen is kicking ass. im at 100mcg t3 and 80mcg clen. This is the 2nd week of those two so i still have 4 more weeks on them and im hoping for some big things this week since i will be pushing close to full does on both items. Also im wondering how long you guys recommend taking of between these 5 week cycles of t3 and clen? The last thing i want to do is mess up my thyroid. Anyways just a little up date

                          Re: My diet log

Just a note. Clen has a 36 hour halflife so doing 2 on and 1 off would leave greater than half of clen in your sytem while "off". Beta receptors begin to downregulate immediatly and are significantly downregulated after two weeks or so. Cycling clen would yield better results.

                            Re: My diet log

ok i know that it's time for a update. I added in 50mg of winni everyday as i always see huge results from winni. I got a little sick midweek and had to come off of the diet so that i could get something down. I was 305 when i weighed on sunday but i really attribute that to everything kicking in as well as the winni. my shoulders and chest and back have gotten much bigger so i know that im putting on muscle. Im assuming that after 1 or 2 more weeks most of the muscle that i had lost will be back and then i can really start to see the scale go down. I have a goal by early april to be atleast 270 and im going to do my best to make it there. Also i took this whole week off from clen and will be doing 2 week on 2 week off cycling of it from now on.
