OK, I wake up and train on an empty stomach. But first I drink about a half a gallon of water within about 30 minutes before hitting the gym.
If I am using nitric oxide booster powder (NO Shotgun) and only supposed to mix it with about 14 oz of water, wouldn't it stand to reason I would not get the desired effect if I consumed a LOT more water with it?
Anyone who uses this stuff know what I am saying?
