  • Kinda falling off... could really use some help

Hey everyone, I am trying to get in shape but having a very hard time maintaining a proper diet. I have no problem with cardio and weight training, I just HATE to cook all the time and cant find a good diet for me.

My question is, can someone direct me or help me create a diet that will help me loss about 15 pounds of fat. Maybe bulk cooking incorporated so I don't have to be in front of the stove 3 times a day. Thanks!

i dont cook alot either. i do alot of sandwiches!! a couple a day with 8oz of roast beef. sometimes turkey. once in a great while tuna. (starkist...stay away from bubblebee...it's the toyota of tuna cans).
i've gone days without eating anything but sandwiches. you can get canned, no syrup, sweet potatoes. i like some canned stuff becouse it makes it easier. all the shyt's on the label.
also, i buy alot of pre-made dinners. look in the meat section. also...cook turkeys! you get a few meals out of each one!

it's hard to make someone else a diet when you dont know them. training style, daily schedule, weight, hieght, body mass index...it all plays a factor. i have alot of seccess droping lbs just by altering my training. i work it down to only resting 60-90sec's between sets. 2 mins between exercizes. and 15-20 reps per. make sure i get tons of water and workout on a six day split...

Meal 1, roast beef or turkey in a pita with mustard, 8oz. of OJ, meal 2, protein shake, Meal 3, Beef, chicken, or turkey with green beans and rice. Meal 4 cottage cheese, an apple and a palmful of almonds. Meal 5 Some form of meat with rice or pasta, Protien shake before bed. No fried foods, no pork, no shell fish, no bread,no caffine after 3p.m.,no sweets, at least 10- 8 oz glasses of water a day. You can pre cook most of this and put it in tupperware for use later, cook on sunday and wednesday,. Its a boring diet but it works on maintaining muscle will lowering fat. Got this diet from a Pro powerlifter , World record holder that 302lbs. with about 6% BF J.R.

Cook meats and chicken and boiled eggs on sat or sun so you don't have to play around with it all week. Or in my case i got married and she does it for me when i'm a good boy.
