I was just reading a s response that buffgrandpa put in a post about the new generation of carb blockers being effective. I love to stay up to date on supplements but havent read in years on carb blockers. Has anyone had any experience with them and if so, what brand(s) have you used?

It works well for me. I use it on the rare occasion that I cheat, and keep some in my truck so that if I have to eat fast food I can get away with a little more. -
