How much flax seed oil

I just got myself flax seed oil in the gel caps 1000mg each what is the recomended dosage a day to take because ive seen mostly every one is taking the liquid and taken 2 or 3 table spoons a/d.

there is definitely much more bang for your buck buying the liquid flax oil...I would suggest taking almost double the recommended gel cap dosage with meals, split throughout the day.

what is the mg per table spoon of some of your liquid flax and how many spoons per day

I just take two table spoons with my first two meals in the day. Sorry don't know the mg/tbsp

Ok - i would take 2-3 times the recomended dose cuz thats what everyone does with the liquid. just an idea
