Reliable site for getting nutritional facts...

Need a good website to give the nutritional facts!!! Starting a new diet. Especially for say bananas...and different kinds of fruit where it doesnt state on the bag.

Nobody???...I have been using caloriecount. Matter fact I am looking at a peach right now and dont know how many damn carbs it has. Eating alot of fruits with my current diet...

check out www.fitday.com. This is a site where you log in your food, but it does give you nutritional data for many foods.

I use nutriondata.com to track my calories daily. It graphs everything you take in (protein, fat, carbs, vit., min, etc) and also makes suggestions for a "more healthy" substitute for something you ate. It is a good site once you figure out how to use it.
