    Aside from the price??? I'm not quite sure... although, I have been using more and more organic products lately on the advice of a friend who swears by eating organic products... supposively it has great absorbtion/digestibility ratings; however, the only noticable absorbtion/digestion rate is my wallet getting lighter and the food companies getting richer. I've read that organic is better for their lack of pestisides/herbisides, etc... but I'm still not completely convinced.

      The benifit is that people get to feel good about themselves for buying them and we get to invest in companies that cater to these hippies and we make $$$$

        Other than no pesticides and herbicides there is much more nutrition in organic foods. But enough to out way the price difference? I don't know.
