Since I will now get home from the gym at about 8:30 or 9pm ...can i still supplement the same???? I am currently taking dextose sugar with a whey protein shake and cell-mass immediately when I get home from working out ...then I wait about 30min and have a meal like egg whites and turkey. DOES ANYTHING CHANGE NOW??? Can i still spike the insulin with the dextrose and take the cell mass and stuff since I will be going to bed at 11pm????
just ake sure that the cell mass doesn't have any kind of stimulant in it and you should be good to go. if it does you might need to switch to a new product with out a stimulant. also you might wanna try some zma or something if you do have a hard time getting to sleep just pop them about 1 hour before bed and good night

what is the concern about the stimulant might i ask bro...does that cause u to not be able to sleep??? And also I have some supersnooze that I could take last night was day one and i crashed pretty good just so tired from workin all day.
well if you take a stimulant like caffeine that will keep you awake also there is no point in taking a stim and then taking a sleeping pill and to be honest it's probably not good for you either

Yea bro i hear ya ...i have been taking caffeine pills actually and i sometimes forget to take my last dose until late and those nights i have had problems sleeping big time feels like my BP is elevated and i break out in hives or something. Guess I learned somethin new thanks bro
Try not to take the caffeine pills before bed time and try some casein protein before bed
