Re: Little Bro
MAN LOOK AT YOUR LOCAL JUNIOR HIGH OR HIGH SCHOOL FOOTBALL TEAM MEMBERS....NO IT WONT STUNT THEIR GROWTH. THE COACHES MAKE ALL OF THEM WORK OUT
WHY WOULD IT HURT YOUR BROTHER? OVER THE COUNTER WEIGHT GAINER AINT STEROIDS...ITS MOSTLY CALORIES TO MAKE YOU GAIN BUT YOU HAVE TO WORK OUT TOO WITH IT

Re: Little Bro
Working out at age 14 will NOT stunt his growth. Get him in the gym and give he some weight to life. He should also be eating more... more proteins, carbs and fats! The body needs good fats to build muscle. He's metabolism should be pretty high, so he should be eating 5 to 6 meals a day.
