If you are having trouble staying logged in when navigating between forums/topics/etc., you need to reset your session cookie. Go into your browser and delete any cookie for the site them log back in. This should fix the login issue.
I've taken alot of pre and post workout supps....They all seem to have same basic three. Creatine ethel ester. Glutamine and arginine AAKG. I'm Thinking of buying the three seperately and mixing 5mg of each before and after workout...then one more time later. Will taking glutimine at the same time as arginine diminish the N.O. effect??? This is all about saving money!!!
