    While cutting how many carbs do you all take in pre and post workout?
    Im gonna get so big I cant dress myself

    30 grams protein 50 grams carbs.
    When dieting, I rarely take in carbs pre-workout. I think in a way doing this like being on a ketogenic diet, your body becomes more respondent to insulin helping your post workout recovery. I'm 5'10" 220lbs
