30 grams protein 50 grams carbs.
When dieting, I rarely take in carbs pre-workout. I think in a way doing this like being on a ketogenic diet, your body becomes more respondent to insulin helping your post workout recovery. I'm 5'10" 220lbsA government big enough to give you everything you want, is strong enough to take everything you have. -Thomas Jefferson
