  • Supps for my girl

okay so ive said before on here that the girl im currently with is really trying to get fit. She was a cheerleader in highschool about 6 yrs ago and was smokin, but since then she got heavy in the party crowd..drank too much and ate like shit and is overweight.

Well she is really tryin to clean up her diet now...from what i know she eats alot of lunch meat, tuna, decently healthy sandwitches...doesn't kill herself with the diet PLUS I DON'T THINK SHE REALLY KNOWS HOW TO DIET

The other day she asked me if there were any supps that she could take. She is taking diurex ultra right now and some type of natural fat burner hoodia type stuff. She is open to whatever over the counter or not she just really wants to cut the fat off. I wouldn't suggest something like clen for her cuz she is a little sensitive and I think it might be a little harsh for her.

What should I suggest or get for her??? ...she really needs SOMETHIN for a boost because she has kinda plateaued in the fat loss and isn't dedicated enough to fix the diet any more than it is

    Thanks
    2-Swole

She is simply eating or drinking too much. There is no plateau. She needs to decrease calories further and exersice more. Ask her to go to dietpower.com I have no stake or relation to this company but have used their program in the past. They have a 30 day free trial and if she inputs ALL the foods she eats, it would be impossible not to lose weight barring hypothyroidism or hypopituitaryism.
Not to slam you girl, she's eating or drinking too much.

Ah no prob bro...I know she IS eating too much but she just doesn't understand and doesn't take criticism too well and has convinced herself she needs "something extra" for a boost. I will tell her about the website and try and push her to give it a go thanks alot bro

It worked for me. It was the first time I wasn't able to lie to myself about eating. Wish her G/L

              Re: Supps for my girl

The best supps for her would be a good multi-vitamin and calcium. She can add vitamin C and B-complex. The B-complex helps you process carbs. If she is training, then she can take the multi, calcium, C and B-complex 2 times a day.

I think I PM'd you about the clen or fat burners... they won't work if she doesn't have a clean diet. Get her diet in order first.

Other good supps that she can add if she wants too:
              • Evening Primrose Oil: good for you skin, nails, hair, etc. (Support for women with PMS) contains you good fatty acids like Omega-6
              • Vitamin E: antioxidant... also good for skin, nails, hair, etc.
              • Calcium with Vitamin D: Vitamin D assists in calcium absorption & maintaining a healthy immune system
              • L-Glutamine: amino acid... basically aids in muscle recovery & growth and helps the immune system
              • Good protein powder
