If you are having trouble staying logged in when navigating between forums/topics/etc., you need to reset your session cookie. Go into your browser and delete any cookie for the site them log back in. This should fix the login issue.
right now Im at 235, with a lot more fat then I usually have.. have no real intrest in gaining more muscle, I have all I need anymore that why my protein is only at 228 and not higher..

If I were you I'd step up the complex carbs, cut some of the fat and work on your cardio if fat loss is what you're after. You may actually want to cycle your carbs higher on workout days and lower on days off, I know of several guys who've had luck with doin that.
i'd fall asleep by 2pm with those calories!! i'd pick up some extra cals from more protien and a LITTLE more carbs...i cant see me going under 2000-2100 cals and i weight less than you! and thats if i wanted to loose alot of fat...

the only thing is that I sit on my fat ass for 12 hours at a computer all day, so i get NO exercise unless Im at the gym... I eat every 3 hours so I never get hungry, i guess i could throw a little bit on fruit in there during the day.. that would probably raise it a little.. most of my fat comes from a big lean hamburger patty I have at 5pm with 1 cup of brown rice.. thats basically my preworkout meal cause i usually train around 7

i do administration at a school..i sit my ass all day too. i also gain fat pretty easy....i'd still raise clean carbs and protiene...even loosing weight i want to retain mass and i'm only at 217 now. i'm not big on loading up with fruit....add another shake in the day time and have a go -lean flax bar...that'll throw another 400 or so on there
I would stay away from the fruit shizzy and stick to broccoli or brown rice or oatmeal if you want to take in more carbs. I think you would benefit more from increasing your protein a bit espeically on workout days...
