That's basically it, just a cleanse.. not for fat loss at all. I was reading about the "Master Cleanse" detox program where you drink a mix of lemonade, maple syrup and cayanne pepper... and thought that it was the craziest thing I've ever heard, but some people claim it does great things for them.
I've also been reading counter arguments stating that these "cleanses" are all just fads. I was really wanting to know if anyone had any experience with them or had any links they could point me to (medical studies, etc.)
i tihnk a cleanse once or twice a year does wonders for overall health. Especially as bodybuilders we put our systems to the test. Eat alot, train hard, and possible chemical enhancement. Giving your system a break is needed for sure.

NO BUT SERIOUSLY, EAT ALOT OF FIBER I MEAN ALOT OF FIBER. GET SOME FIBER SUPPLEMENTS AND GO TO TOWN. I DO THIS 2WICE A YEAR, I GORDE ON FIBER, AND I SWEAR, I FEEL SOOOOO GOOD AFTER 1 WEEK.
any fiber supplement i get this stuff at walgreens, im sure you have heard of it, its called benefiber. they are the tums like chews. they have a good taste. and i eat alot of fiber one cereal. water water water water, and i eat a **** load of grapefruit. love it. i find that this little stack does absolute wonders for me and my insides. trust me, after one week, you will feel like your body is new
