I have always taken 5g of creatine and 5g of gluatmine in my drink I bring with me to the gym, I happen to think that as far as natural stuff, its the best for the money,... if you buy in bulk its pretty cheap"Beer is proof that God loves us and wants us to be happy"...................Benjamin Franklin

i just got done doing a 3 week long research on creatine and all forms of it! plain creatine mono is a thing of the past. some people dont even respond to plain creatine. CEE that is in BSN Cellmass is one of the best. Creatine AKG is becoming the most popular of all. Even people that want respond to regular creatine will respond to this one. This form is found in Muscletech productsIf bigger is better then im better than ever !Comment

CEE is also made by other companies as well. I think for the most part muscletech products are over rated with the exception of their nano vaporComment

Swole V2 or higher used to be the best. I'm not a believer in creatine @ all but its all good if it works for some people.Comment
