Creatine!!

all these diff. choises, is there anything that's really all that much better than just plain ol' creatine mono? i tried the kre-alkalyn, and while it didnt bother my stomach or give me the drips, i'm not convinced it really worked (i used it for 3 mo's)

I have found that nothing beats the straight stuff. I just take my nano vapor before workouts and creatine monohydrate right after with my maltdextrose
