    I want to change what I've been doing when it comes to breakfast so what I'm going to do is copy Coleman's breakfast. Have grits with cheese and mix it with egg whites. I will put grinded oatmeal in the protein shake and have grits with eggs and protein shake for breakfast.

    Any inputs ?

    Kinda similar to what I do. I hate grits though. I mix oatmeal, a few eggs, few scoops of protein, flax oil, banana and chocolate banana frosty mix. Toss it all in a blender and chug it down.

      i drink a shake then shower then eat 3 eggs, oatmeal, honey on wheat bread
      If bigger is better then im better than ever !

        for oats, dont just buy instant cuz those are trash. instead get "irish steal cut oats" cuz they're the best. they take long to cook but are worth it to cook up a big pot once a week aand put in the fridge.

          I have Quaker Oatmeal and it's not instant. So I'm just gonna grind it in a coffee grinder and put it in my shake.

          space, why only 3 eggs man ?

              quacker oats is what I have in the morning..I have never been a fan of grits. 10-12 egg whites and 1.5 cups of oatmeal (dry)
