Ok I have taken Xenadrine before and felt like shit, lost weight fast and muscle. I went from 200 to 185 in a month or so. I want to give it a try again but this time correct by sparing muscle and losing body-fat. Im gonna give it a try right after I finish my cycle. Do I have to do some cardio for it to really work. Last time I would cardio or jog 5 times a week for what 20 minutes. Has anyone here ever gotten good results without losing muscle.
How much were you taking? ECA stacks are supposed to work in a similar fashion to clenbuterol. Burning fat while maintaining muscle.
Unfortunately, fat loss is one of the things that bring out the "more is better syndrome". ( If two tabs twice a day work then four tabs will work twice as fast). This is the cause of problems and even deaths with ECA stacks.
I weigh 230 and I NEVER exceed 2 doses per day and quite often take 1 half of a dose per day. It takes a little longer, but I lose weight WITHOUT doing any cardio and maintain muscle mass.
I'd recommend Diesel Fuel Reloaded. Excellent product. I've tried ECA stacks before, but the crash is just too nasty for me. This one leaves me feeling good just about all day, and the fat loss is noticeable within a week or two.

I was supposed to take 2 in the morning and 2 before working out a total of 4 pills a day. I was taking 4 day and felt like shit. I almost collapsed once. After that I gave them away. It just made me feel like shit instead of giving me energy and all.

I keep my cardio at a lower intensity; for example, I do the treadmill at 15% incline and I keep the speed between 2.5-3.0
If xenadrine had that kind of effect on you then I probably wouldn't do it again, but I don't know if hydroxycut will be any better. You have to take twice as many pills with hydroxycut.
