Protein / Calorie bar recipes ?

Anybody have some recipes for homemade High calorie protein bars ?

Leaders did what others weren't willing to do, now they enjoy the things that others do not.

a chicken drumstick battered in whey proteindeep fried in flax oil? lol hey just had to write that

if ya want it.....cum and get it?!! but make sure ya really want it first... there is nil returnz...
