If you are having trouble staying logged in when navigating between forums/topics/etc., you need to reset your session cookie. Go into your browser and delete any cookie for the site them log back in. This should fix the login issue.
Anyone tried this thing yet? Supposed to be real effective. HIgh protein/low carb/ caveman type of diet. I'm dying to try it but i don't think it comes cheap. He says the human body wasn't meant to process the carbs we take in today. The caveman basically ate protein, roots, fibrous types of carbs, no potatoes, rice, bread. .I've heard peeps say you're miserable the first week when the body wants carbs and feels listless and tired but by the second week your body recats the way it should and oyu feel better, stop dropping fat. Just curious if anyone here has tried it?

I did it for a while and it sucked my balls. I went from 282 to 266 and felt flabby and had little energy in the gym. I felt miserable not eating carbs. It definitely will work for fat loss, but I wouldn't do it again. If you have a strong will then go for it, but if your will is weak you will just be miserable and fail LOL.
The anabolic diet seems better to me. It isn't really the carbs that we aren't supposed to be getting, it's the types of carbs we ingest that get us into trouble.

ive personally seen him numerous times in mcdonalds with a full tray of ****..i didnt read what his diet is but he must have been cheating the few times ive seen him.
