  • SUBWAY?

    I eat at subway everyday for lunch and was wondering what i should be ordering in order to lean up a bit. I know subway is really not that healthy, but i need some ideas for a low cal meal. Bread? meat? vegies? condiments? THX

    ORDER OFF THEIR LEAN MENU....6 GRAMS OF FAT OR LESS. THEY ARE ALL GOOD

      damn subway is the worst, how can you eat those garbage subs ED? Blimpie or Jersey Mike's destroys subway.

          i always get a double chiken breast 6 or 12 inch on wheat, with lettuce, tomato, black olives, and a little lite mayo...

            I always get the Roast Beef (double meat) on the Italian Cheese and Herbs bread with lettuce, tomatoe, yellow mustard, cucumbers, banana peppers, light salt and pepper and oregano. I don't do mayo and if I want to cut back on fat I don't do cheese. However, I'm not so worried about the fat form just 6 oz of meat to tell you the truth because most of my protein comes from chicken.
            I used to have superhuman powers....until my therapist took them away.

              thats were i eat lunch everyday. and tehy give me a huge discount because of it. they charge me 6 bucks for any foot long i get

                How bout the gulf shrimp and oyster po boy ? Antoines in Houston used to make some killer po boys.
